Memori

Terms of Service

Last updated: May 20, 2026

These are the rules for using Memori, the phone-call keepsake service operated by OBHI LLC.

By signing up — that is, by filling in your name and your parent’s phone number on yourmemori.ai — you agree to what’s below.

What Memori does

Memori is a service that places a phone call to a person you choose (typically a parent or grandparent), records and transcribes the conversation with an AI host named June, and produces a written keepsake plus the audio recording.

We make June as warm and capable as we can, but she is an AI. She makes occasional mistakes. The keepsake we generate is based on what was said in the call, but it is a written interpretation — not a verbatim court transcript. If something in the keepsake isn’t right, you can edit it or tell us and we’ll regenerate it.

Who can sign up

You must be at least 18 years old and signing up on behalf of yourself or a family member who has agreed to receive the call. You cannot use Memori to call someone without their knowledge or against their wishes.

Your parent’s consent

When June calls, she immediately tells your parent the call is being recorded and asks for their okay before continuing. If they decline, the call ends.

By signing up, you confirm that:

  • The phone number you gave us belongs to a real person you have a relationship with
  • You have spoken to them about Memori, or will before the call
  • You’re not trying to record someone who hasn’t agreed to it

If we find a sign-up that looks like it’s targeting someone non-consensually, we’ll cancel the call.

What we don’t promise

We do our best, but we don’t promise:

  • That every call will go smoothly — people don’t always pick up; AI sometimes hits hard edges
  • That the keepsake will be exactly what you imagined
  • That the service will be available 100% of the time

If something goes wrong with a call you paid for, we’ll regenerate, retry, or refund.

What it costs

A Memori keepsake is $79 — one recorded call with June, the written keepsake we make from it, and the full audio of the call. You pay once, upfront, when you set things up. There’s no subscription and nothing recurring. If we add other options in the future, we’ll always show the price before you pay.

What you own

The story is your parent’s. The recording and the keepsake are yours and theirs. We don’t claim any rights to the content of the conversation. You can download, share, or delete your keepsake at any time.

What we do keep is the right to use anonymized aggregate metrics — how long calls run, how many sign-ups we get, what people say in feedback — to improve the service. Never the content of the stories themselves.

What we don’t allow

Don’t use Memori to:

  • Call someone without their knowledge or consent
  • Harass, threaten, or deceive anyone
  • Record conversations for commercial use without our written agreement
  • Try to extract our prompts, copy the service, or break our infrastructure

If you do, we’ll cancel your sign-up and refuse future ones.

Stopping the service

You can stop at any time. Just email us and we’ll cancel any scheduled calls. If you want your data deleted as well, the Privacy Policy explains how.

We may also discontinue Memori in the future. If we do, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice and a way to download everything you have with us.

Limits

To the fullest extent allowed by law, OBHI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using Memori. We’re a small operation building a careful product, and we take care of users in good faith — but we’re not insuring you against everything that could ever go wrong.

Changes to these terms

If we change anything meaningful, we’ll update the “last updated” date at the top. If you’re an active user, we’ll also email you. Continuing to use Memori after changes means you accept them.
